As an intermediary between the client’s headquarters in Europe and local organisations in China she/he will represent the monitoring system in China.

Principle tasks are:

• Support the client’s member companies in their activities to implement the monitoring system in China (e.g. by providing information and documentation)
• Support the client with the coordination of training activities in China
• Participate in stakeholder roundtables, coordinate client inputs and collect feedback

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Business, Law, Social Sciences
• Minimum of 8 years of working experience in a responsible position in international business environments, more than 3 years in China
• In-depth understanding of European and Chinese business culture
• Strong skills in communication, organisation and project management
• Good knowledge of CSR and the Chinese labour situation
• Language skills: proficient English, good Mandarin
• Place of work: Hong Kong or Shenzhen, China
• Starting date: June 1, 2011
