The need for social inclusion and a consolidated employee engagement strategy has become even more pronounced since the recent US election and UK referendum to leave the European Union.

In November 2016, Ethical Corporation interviewed Patagonia, Timberland, Intel and Fossil Group to understand what a successful employee engagement looks like to drive a purpose driven culture.

The results of the report include ideas to promote a more sustainable mind-set to employees with the aim of influencing culture.

The report was made freely available as part of the knowledge exchange on driving purpose in the run up to Ethical Corporation’s 5th Responsible Business Summit New York on 27-28 March 2017.
