SimStar Internet Solutions at the center of e-business case study by Wharton School

The study revealed how SimStar has evolved from its origins in 1993 of developing CD-ROMs for healthcare companies to launching Combinational eMarketing*, a scientific-based strategy and development solution. It also revealed that over the past four years the company's revenues have grown at an average of 108% each year with a 126% increase over the last year alone.

SimStar was the ideal focal point for a case study. They are a recognized leader of
e-business for the healthcare industry and with their consistently high growth rate, they provide an interesting business model to study, said Lori Rosenkopf, Douglas Vickers Term Assistant Professor of Management at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

It was a pleasure to work with a prestigious institution such as Wharton,
said David Reim, President of SimStar. It is exciting to think that the study of SimStar's practices by some of the country's top business students will impact the development of future industry leaders.
