SimStar Internet Solutions appoints director of e-business

In his new role at SimStar, Harrell will be responsible for managing specific client relations.

Harrell most recently served as director of strategic communications for AstraZeneca, where he was responsible for supporting all aspects of internal communications for the company's nearly 10, 000 U.S.-based employees, with specific emphasis on change management, leadership communications, digital communications strategies and support of major pharmaceutical launches. Harrell also has served as communications manager at Astra Merck.
