RxCentric and Healinx partner to offer physicians added online services

Under the terms of the joint marketing and services agreement, RxCentric will promote the Healinx doctor-patient communication service with its Internet-based physician information and marketing resources. The agreement will provide RxCentric's online communities of more than 25,000 physician members with access to the Healinx service.

"This relationship further enhances our goal of providing physicians with rapid access to all the resources available to deliver the best patient care possible," said Richard Findlay, President and CEO of RxCentric. "RxCentric will continue to be a leader in developing focused and comprehensive medical information for physicians."

In return, Healinx's physician users will be able to access RxCentric's specialty online physician information and marketing services, including its patent-pending drug search engine. In addition, Healinx's users will gain access to relevant online marketing programs provided by RxCentric through the webVisit site. The two companies also will co-brand the newly combined physician service and provide links to their respective Web sites.

"Our goal is to maximize convenience and quality of care for patients and providers," said Giovanni Colella, President and CEO of Healinx. "Through this strategic partnership, an additional 25,000 physicians and their patients will have access to the Healinx service."
