CB Technologies introduces Matrix Manager



The new software tool is designed to enable better communication, collaboration and continuity among launch team members and provides project management, knowledge management and collaboration tools in one solution.

"Many of our clients have expressed to us that collaboration tools are top priorities for them, particularly for launch teams," said John Lowman, Vice President of e-business Sales at CB Technologies. "Product launches pull together departments and external resources that each have their own separate pockets of information. Coordinating all of the resources has always been a difficult process. We conducted an informal survey of pharmaceutical companies and found that this is a problem that spans the industry. As a result, we developed Matrix Manager to help ease the pain of product launch coordination and make the process smoother for all team members."

According to CB Technologies, the Matrix Manager ties together both the internal and external parties involved in product launch including internal departments such as marketing, regulatory affairs, sales, manufacturing, and promotion and external groups such as advertising agencies, public relations agencies, branding agencies and more.

In addition, the tool is intended to provide for live interaction, personalization, daily team electronic billboards, threaded discussions and content. The Matrix Manager also enables users to store and maintain data from the initial launch that can be reused during subsequent launches, creating a continuity of knowledge.
