When did we lose the CARE in Healthcare?

We work for one of the greatest industries on earth, an industry that looks after the most fundamental of human needs. Somehow we have lost track of the magnitude of what we do whilst we try and keep the city happy? Surely what we do is care


 


Whilst I am suggesting the industry should turned into a charity, voices are getting louder that are saying we are an industry for the elderly that is funded by the elderly. They may ask for different returns on their investment in the future. Imagine how excited the public are about me too products.


 


In the end, we save oor improve lives and questions are being asked if our current business model fits what we do. can we behave like our colleagues in the financial institutions? or do we have to operate differently given what we do. I think the industry will go through more change in the coming decade than the prior one
