Mona Lisa - they will never be satisfied

No matter how many illness the industry helps to manage, payors and patients will never be satisfied. The industry have got mission impossible trying to keep Wall st, patients and payors happy.

No matter how many illness the industry helps to manage, payors and patients will never be satisfied. The industry have got mission impossible trying to keep Wall st, patients and payors happy. A paradox in practice.

We have to be profitable and deliver stellar growth to keep the financial districts happy. Payors complain about the cost of drugs and complain about exploitation and unethical profiteering.

And then there is the patient. They want cheap treatment but they also want their pensions invested in the pharma sector to perform well.

You can add to this all those that complain the industry is not charitable neough and is too focussed on commercial options. lets face it we cannot keep this lot happy. Perhaps we should face the facts and stop trying?
