Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts is empowering guests to design their own personalised and unique hotel stay experience through Preferences by Pan Pacific.

Preferences by Pan Pacific is one of Pan Pacific Hotels and Resort's key brand service initiatives to deliver its brand promise of personalised and genuine care. It will enable the Group to offer its guests the experience and services that they prefer to have while staying at the Group's hotels and resorts.

Guests who book to stay from now till December 31, 2008 with Preferences by Pan Pacific are being guaranteed a late check-out and a choice of an additional preference offered by the participating hotels and resorts. These additional preferences, which differ from hotel to hotel, range from guaranteed room upgrade, complimentary breakfast, complimentary Internet usage, airport transfers, F&B vouchers to laundry credits.

This service empowerment simply allows us to give our guests exactly what they want during their stay with us.
