Lastminute.com names Abbie Cranage as head of marketing

Online travel and leisure retailer Lastminute.com has appointed Abbie Cranage as its new UK head of marketing.

Online travel and leisure retailer Lastminute.com has appointed Abbie Cranage as its new UK head of marketing.

She replaces Fleur Studd who is returning to Australia. She will report to UK marketing director Julie Davidson, who joined the firm in March.

Cranage will be responsible for the strategic planning, budgeting and delivery of all consumer activity across travel and lifestyle categories for Lastminute.com. She will be tasked with developing a marketing strategy to refresh the brand's positioning and personality.

Cranage was previously with online dating website Match.com where she was marketing director.
