Travel management company Egencia has launched its full-service travel offering in Australia. The development follows Egencia's recent launches in China, Ireland and the Netherlands.

Travel management company Egencia has launched its full-service travel offering in Australia. The development follows Egencia's recent launches in China, Ireland and the Netherlands.

Egencia will offer Australian corporations and travellers its self-booking platform including custom-defined destinations, dedicated local account management and customer service teams, and business intelligence capabilities including unused ticket tracking and customisable Lowest Logical Fare reporting.

The company will also provide access to Egencia's global supply network including localised hotel and air content, user friendly policy and trip approval controls, and direct access and control of data through its global reporting functionality
