eyeforpharma, London: On October 1-2, patient groups and charities from across Europe will travel to London to make demands of pharmaceutical executives, in their on-going fight for share of voice at the healthcare table.
Groups aim to make the case for industry support and partnerships, which will play a pivotal role in the future of personalised care and patient/healthcare provider relationships. With growing publicity surrounding their relationships with the industry, Patient Groups are under greater scrutiny as to how they operate and will be keen to use this forum to assert their principles and desires moving forward.
The debate will cover adherence, patient psychology, support programmes, services ‘beyond the pill’, communication, engagement and social media, with 200 members of the pharma, patient and stakeholder community sharing ideas. The patient groups / charities attending the event include:
• Arthritis Ireland
• The Little People Romania
• Teenage Cancer Trust UK
• European Cancer Patient Coalition
• Jimmy Teens TV
• Cancer 52
• Myeloma Euronet Romania
The eyeforpharma Patient Summit is Europe’s largest pharma-patient forum and attracts attendees from big and small pharma as well as many stakeholders. This year it celebrates its 10th Anniversary, and is co-located with another event entitled 'Value Added Services'.
