The conference will open with a keynote presentation from the General Manager of Germanwings, Andreas Bierwirth. Frank Zehle, Regional VP of Branding for Marriott, will talk about the challenges integrating offline and online brands whilst maintaining identity and values. They will be joined by the Managing Director of Germany for Travelocity who will give his opinions what he sees for the future of the European market in terms of consolidations and acquisitions.

Getting the right marketing mix, search engine optimisation, pay-per-click, meta-search, and email marketing are all on the agenda. One session will see Tim Frankcom, European Head of Travel for Yahoo!/Kelkoo team up with Expedia to assess the future of meta-search. There will also be a session demonstrating how to market your product online without diluting your brand, and another offering tips on how to obtain additional CRM data from your customers.
