Strengthening their relationship, Expedia and Microsoft Corp.'s network of Internet services MSN have renewed and expanded their agreement.

The new agreement maintains Expedia's presence as the provider of travel
shopping services on MSN.com and several international MSN websites, and
broadens the partnership to include all Expedia, Inc.'s leisure brands.

Expedia, which has powered the travel channel on MSN.com and many
localised MSN sites around the world since 1999, says the new and
expanded agreement will continue on MSN.com and the MSN localised sites
but will now include travel sites such as Hotels.com, Hotwire.com and
TripAdvisor.com. The company stated that details of how those brands
will be presented within the MSN Travel channel will be revealed later.

Dara Khosrowshahi, chief executive officer, Expedia said that MSN has
more than 420 million unique visitors worldwide per month.

"We are excited about the opportunity to help MSN provide travel
services to the MSN customer base in countries such as the United
States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France and Italy," said
Khosrowshahi.

Yusuf Mehdi, senior vice president of MSN Information Services and
Merchant Platform said that this agreement builds on the foundation the
company has in place with Expedia to bring the right travel products and
services to the MSN consumer base.

"Expedia has the right travel expertise, breadth of offerings and global
footprint to help make the MSN Travel channel more valuable than ever
before," said Mehdi.
