Etrawler, which operates ArgusCarHire.com, has recently signed an exclusive agreement with 02 Mobile to become the first online car hire provider to offer car hire services on 02's i-mode network in Europe.

According to the company, with this deal 02 mobile phone customers
across Europe have the option of making a car hire reservation through
their mobile phone at the ArgusCarHire.com website, which has been
designed and specifically optimised for viewing on a mobile handset.
Global car rental website ArgusCarHire.com will become the preferred
provider of car hire services.

Greg Turley, chief executive officer and founder, Etrawler said, "We are

Europe to access low cost car hire on the i-mode network. In the fast

ArgusCarHire.com's website is powered by CarTrawler technology, the new
generation global reservation distribution system, developed by
ETrawler. This technology enables fast and secure access to the cheapest
deals in car hire in over 6000 destinations worldwide, says the company.
i-mode is the recently launched, mobile Internet service available
exclusively from O2, which gives mobile phone customers access to a wide
range of website services from flight reservations to property listings
and news services.
