Ctrip.com International Ltd's unaudited fourth-quarter profit more than doubled from a year ago to hit RMB 135 million (US$18.9 million).

The company's results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2007 show net revenues were RMB356 million, up 58% year-on-year, and net revenues were RMB1.2 billion for all of 2007, up 54% from 2006.

"In 2007, we further strengthened our market position, enhanced our customer service level, and achieved excellent financial results," said Min Fan, Chief Executive Officer, Ctrip.
