Plastics are great, but quite problematic when leaked to the environment. Many heavy plastic users where caught off guard by recent public backlash and are scrambling to find the “perfect solution”. There’s a reason mainstream plastics are so successful; they are very efficient. And it’s really hard for a novel technology to beat (or “fix”) them entirely in the first iteration. During this keynote we will address how you can embrace promising technologies that – while not perfect – can take a solid step in the right direction.
