Mark Eadie, previously executive director, environment and social, at JPMorgan Chase, has been appointed head of corporate affairs at Trafigura.

Rory Sullivan has been appointed a strategic advisor by Ethix SRI Advisors, an ethical investment specialist based in Stockholm, Helsinki and London. Sullivan remains head of responsible investment at Osmosis Investment Management. Previously he was head of responsible investment at Insight Investment.

The Carbon Disclosure Project, an independent, not-for profit organisation which keeps track of carbon emissions and gathers primary corporate climate change information from businesses around the world, has appointed Paul Simpson as its new chief executive.

Aegon has appointed its executive vice-president Marc van Weede to be global head of sustainability, reporting to CEO Alex Wynaendts. Aegon says that the appointment “underlines the growing importance of sustainability both to the company and its stakeholders”.

Martin Blake has been appointed a non-executive director of Sabien Technology Group. Blake led the social responsibility and sustainability teams at Royal Mail Group in his role as head of corporate and social responsibility, sustainability and social policy.

Emmett Harrison has been appointed senior vice-president for corporate communications and sustainability at tobacco products manufacturer Swedish Match AB. He is also a member of the group management team and continues to be responsible for investor relations.

Repairs and maintenance provider Morrison who look after more than 400,000 homes and 4,000 public buildings nationwide, has appointed Susan Stockwell as director of corporate social responsibility. Stockwell was previously director of engagement at Morrison.

Paul Toyne has joined WSP Group as head of sustainability. Toyne used to work for Bovis Lend Lease as head of sustainability in the UK.

Paul McNeillis has been appointed as director of sustainability solutions at the global strategic sustainability consultancy and software solutions business PE International.

Water technology company, BiOWiSH Technologies, has appointed John Norton as senior executive vice-president, global wastewater, taking over from Klaus Voss who is now chief operations officer.
