SEKO Logistics partners with Bringg to improve consumer operations
SEKO aims to enhance visibility and control of their delivery experience
SEKO logistics has partnered with Bringg, a delivery and fulfilment orchestration platform provider, to allow a greater amount of visibility when operating direct-to-consumer deliveries through a web app interface.
Utilising the Bringg platform, SEKO clients receive an SMS link to a self-service web app, which enables them to track their deliveries in real time on a live map. It also gives the consumer the ability to communicate directly with the driver or support centre to notify them of any specific requests and ask questions.
The app will enable them to receive personalised alerts regarding the status of their order, provide necessary payment options and tips, and allow the consumer to rate their delivery experience and provide feedback.
Bringg will also enable SEKO to track, manage and optimize the facilitation of internal and contracted delivery fleets in real time, while the platform’s Driver App enables dynamic delivery flows and mobile inventory management. This allows SEKO to see planned and on-demand orders concurrently, and therefore sequence routes to timing and service requirements, while improving drop density rates and sending dispatchers and drivers real-time alerts. Bringg says it also provides the capability to maximise vehicle capacity with 3D load planning.
The Bringg platform will synchronise with SEKO's TMS, WMS, CRM and Commerce platforms.
SEKO highlighted that 77% of consumers are looking for purchases to be delivered right to their doorstop and the latest Accenture Holiday Shopping Survey, which states 56% wouldn’t buy from a store again if they were unsatisfied with the delivery experience.
