eyefortransport releases the recording of their recent webinar ‘Innovation: The 3PL Relationship Game Changer’ featuring industry experts from Honeywell ECC, Trimble Navigation and DHL Global Forwarding.

Last week eyefortransport hosted the webinar ‘Innovation: The 3PL Relationship Game Changer’ that brought together senior level executives to discuss key ways to promote innovation in logistics outsourcing.

Lorenzo Fornaroli, Logistics Director EMEA, Honeywell ECC talked through the role of the 3PL in his business, what he saw as the roles and responsibility of each party and his top rules of engagement.

Guido Jacobs, Senior Manager Global Logistics, Trimble Navigation highlighted how he made his 3PLs less reactive and more proactive and showed how he raised the bar for innovative performance through training (e.g. kitting) and technology (e.g. own ERP).

Nick Wyss, Head of Sector Retail EMEA, DHL Global Forwarding discussed the difference between ‘disrupting’ and ‘disruptive’ innovation and demonstrated how relationship governance can improve innovation.

The webinar is being produced in conjunction with the 11th Annual 3PL Summit and Chief Supply Chain Officer Forum, taking place on November 12-14th in Amsterdam.  The main event brings together over 300+ senior executives from 3PL providers, retailers and manufacturers for two days of crucial industry debate, key insight from world class speakers and dedicated networking time.
