EHDH-EUROTRANSPHARMA takes over CIBLEX

EUROPEAN HEALTHCARE DISTRIBUTION HOLDING (EHDH), shareholder of France’s leading carrier fully dedicated to Healthcare Product transport, EUROTRANSPHARMATM, is taking over CIBLEXTM, the Express parcel delivery service specialists as of 2nd September 2014.

As part of its growth strategy, EHDH-EUROTRANSPHARMA, the top French carrier of healthcare products has bought out CIBLEX, France’s thriving H8, H9 and H10 early morning delivery solutions provider.

EHDH and CIBLEX have built a long-term industrial development plan backed by a sound business plan thereby bolstering their respective service offerings in their dedicated markets.

The renowned very high quality of service of the CIBLEX network will, not only be maintained, but further strengthened to match the specific requirements related to healthcare and high added value products.

The strategic plan aims at specialising the CIBLEX network in all ambient temperature parcels under 30 kg and the EUROTRANSPHARMA network in healthcare products over 30 kg and all controlled-temperature deliveries.

Customers from both companies will therefore be able to tap into the highly professional expertise from both sides.

CIBLEX will also benefit from EUROTRANSPHARMA’s European strategy via its European networks and from EUROTEMPNETWORK (association of EUROTRANSPHARMA and TRANS-O-FLEX).

Customer satisfaction and profitability of both companies will be made centre focus with among others, the purchase of high output sorters.

In financial terms, BPI France and a proactive bank pool are behind EHDH's development in order to implement the group's investment strategy.

CIBLEX has gained key player status on the express delivery market in strategic business sections such as Public Healthcare, Optics, Automotive and Electronics.

This move has enabled the high flying dedicated carriers, CIBLEX and EUROTRANSPHARMA to capitalise their renowned industry-specific expertise.

They offer their respective customers a sustainable and efficient service of consistent quality and competitiveness.
