On May 14th, an analysis was released after completion by the International Resources Group for the National Resources Defense Council.

The analysis revealed in utilising the Lieberman-Warner Climate Security Act, it will enhance clean energy production, lessen oil imports and therefore initiating more fuel-efficient vehicles.
