Jeff Elton is a Managing Director of Accenture Life Sciences, with broad responsibilities for the strategy and partnerships for new solutions enabled by clinical data and analytics. Elton has more than 20 years of experience as a global executive and consultant in the biopharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Prior to joining Accenture in 2011, Elton was founding CEO, board member and senior advisor to five early stage companies and has held senior positions at Novartis Institutes of BioMedical Research and McKinsey & Company. Elton sits on the boards of the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council and the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, where he is also an executive committee member. In addition, he teaches at the Boston University School of Management. Elton has an MBA in Finance and Statistics and Ph.D. in business economics and marketing from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
