The move from passive content consumption to active sharing is opening up new opportunities to make customers part of companies' products and marketing approaches, says Pearn, who will be a speaker at eyeforpharma's upcoming Pharma Marketing Excellence Europe 2009 summit in Berlin, October 22-23.
