Getting it Right in Business Transformation Requires Technology, Plus Trial and Error
Technology is driving corporate transformation in pharma but there is no shortage of roadblocks along the way.
Marc Princen, President, Europe and Canada, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, who is among the speakers at eyeforpharma Barcelona 2017, talks here about the importance of using digital to engage all stakeholders. He acknowledges that there is a need to try many approaches, only some of which will work – but Princen points out that this is a learning process. To create the quantum leap which will help pharma thrive in a world where old business methods have quickly become obsolete, companies need to pick two or three areas which they have found successful and implement large-scale projects with them.
