March 2020: The world watched on

In March 2020, as the world was forced into lockdown, for the first time Pharma Europe was not located in Barcelona. Instead, over the course of just 3 weeks, we pivoted to deliver the 15,000+ attendee event completely virtually, with the aim of connecting the industry in its time of great isolation.

With over 15,000 virtual attendees signed-up in those 21 days, the appetite and desire to come together, share ideas and collaborate at such a complicated and busy time had never been higher. It was a truly humbling experience.

Over 5 days, we delivered 150+ presentations, panels and interactive sessions from 100+ speakers and sponsors to their newly built home offices around the world.
