Event Terms & Conditions
It is possible to transfer your place to a colleague or client if you are unable to attend. You must inform the customer services team of this change in writing prior to the event.
You will incur 50% cancellation fee prior to 6 weeks and no refund thereafter. For all cancellations received less than six weeks prior to the event we will be obliged to charge the full fee. Failure to pay will result in your details being flagged on our system. You can complete payment and use your pass towards future credit or send a replacement
NOTE: Due to Covid-19 our standard cancellation fee of 50% will no longer be implemented. However, there will be a small administration fee of $150 applied.
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the program without notice.
Method of Payment
In order to guarantee that your check-in process is fast and efficient please make sure full payment is received by eyeforpharma Ltd prior to the conference date. If your full payment has not been received before the event a credit card payment will be required at the time of check in.
Only one discount at a time can be applied to your conference registration fee.
If you are using a discount code the discount will be deducted from the current online price of the ticket.

This pass is only available to those currently employed in a biopharmaceutical, Medical Devices or Diagnostics company i.e. Pfizer, Janssen, Medtronic, Roche Diagnostics, etc. Any registrations that do not qualify for this category will automatically receive the same price category for the correct pass.
